Team Up will do our best to meet the language needs listed, however, this will not always be possible. I consent, to the use of all or any part of my personal interviews and quotes, and the use of photographs, images or audio or video recordings of me, taken or recorded by any person or entity during, relating to or in connection with the Trek, and we grant and give to Team Up (and its assigns, licensees and designees) the irrevocable right to use the same, including my biographical information (collectively, “My Likeness), for promotional, marketing or other publicity purposes. This irrevocable right includes the use of My Likeness in print, on the Internet, and all other forms of media now known or later created (collectively, the “Materials”). We waive any right to inspect or approve any uses that may be made by Team Up of My Likeness, and we agree that the Materials shall constitute Team Up’s sole and exclusive property, with the full right of use and disposition in any manner that it deems fit.
Terms & Conditions - All funds donated to Team Up are non-refundable. Team Up reserves the right to remove a volunteer from a team who is unable to meet the Team Up assigned Paperwork deadline. All volunteers must be approved to travel by his/her physician and confirmed by Team Up. Team Up reserves the right to remove a volunteer from a team at any time due to potential medical concerns. Teammates who choose to arrive or depart to/from the Trek country at a time outside of Team Up scheduled arrival and departure times are responsible for all their own logistics, including, but not limited to: food, accommodation, and transportation, including airport transportation. In the event Team Up determines that a Trek needs to be cancelled or postponed due to the situation on the ground, the following terms apply: School Construction funds will continue to support a school in the initial country, Options for rescheduling: 1) Team Up will reschedule your Trek to the same country at a later date; 2) Team Up will reschedule your Trek to a different country as space allows; 3) Team Up will have you join another scheduled Trek in the future. Any fees resulting from a change or cancellation of airfare are the sole responsibility of the volunteer.
